It is F/A Pages policy to not provide refunds for any of its Web site listing services. Exceptions to this policy may exist, under extenuating circumstances.

The reason for this, is that F/A Pages makes no claims as to the effectiveness of its service to an individual client. We maintain exceptional placement in most search engines, and the potential for any client to accquire new business through a F/A Pages listing does exist.
